Refund & Exchange Policy

Standard Returns

We want you to be completely enamored with your Aira purchase. If you are not entirely
satisfied with a non-customized piece, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a
return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.

Custom & Engraved Items

Because engraved and highly customized items are made specifically to your personal specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these pieces. We kindly ask that you double-check your spelling and sizing before submitting an order for a bespoke item.

Cancellations

As the crafting process begins shortly after your order is placed, we do not accept order cancellations. If you need to make an adjustment to your order (such as a size change), please contact us within 24 hours.
